The suites are apart of a beautiful, old Spanish style building with a courtyard full of flowers and birds. Bathrooms are located close to the suite, parking is plentiful, easy and free. Attached to the building is a parking lot, quite a bit of street parking in front and a bus stop at the corner of the street. The location of the building is ideal as it is right off Highways 24 and 680, meaning that clients from all directions find this building easy to get to and from. Clients often come from 680 North in Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, 680 South in San Ramon, Alamo, Danville, 24 West in Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Oakland and Berkeley and of course people from Walnut Creek.

The office suites are bright, clean, fresh, warm with plenty of natural daylight and have a very welcoming vibe. Noise level is a constant white noise so tends to be very serene and perfect for healing modalities. The courtyard garden is lovely for meetings, meals, and breaks.
We are looking for partitioners to sublet the extra space that will help create an fresh, clean, professional, open-minded, down-to-earth community healing center. So you still own your business but the overhead and start-up costs have already been arranged saving you lots of time and money. And ideally we get to work with people we love! And we love dogs here!
